For Digital Services:

  • If you wish to cancel a project before work has begun, please notify us as soon as possible.
  • Projects that have already commenced may be subject to partial refunds, depending on the work completed.
  • Custom work and delivered digital products are non-refundable once the service has started or files have been handed over.

For Physical Products (if applicable):

  • You may request a cancellation before your order is shipped. After shipment, cancellation requests must follow our return/refund process.
  • Refunds are granted for products returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
  • Shipping costs for returned items are borne by the customer and are non-refundable.
  • Approved refunds are credited back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after inspection.
